Do you have a price list?

No, as prices vary according to the size and detail of your bouquet requirements, the quality of materials and finish required. The inclusion of precious gem stones for example would be far more expensive than costume jewels and a hand crocheted trim would obviously require a lot more time ad attention than a simple ribbon. All ready made bouquets are fully priced in my shop, which should give you a general idea of cost.

Can I add items of personal jewellery to my bouquet?

Yes, I love adding personal items, especially those with sentimental value. I can generally work most jewelry into a bouquet. I will ask you to send me a pic of the items so that I can confirm their suitability.

What if my bouquet is lost or damaged in the post?

Fortunately, I can say this has never happened to date. However, I send all my bouquets Special Insured Delivery, with a tracking number. It is the responsibility of the customer to then claim directly with Royal Mail, for any damages or losses incurred during postage.

Can I pay in instalments?

I generally ask for payment in two parts, 50% on ordering, to secure your place within my order book and to allow me to source the necessary materials for your bouquet. I will then ask for the final 50% payment on completion of your bouquet and prior to delivery. If you prefer to stagger the payment of your order I can work out a payment plan for you.

How soon can you make my order?

I generally give 12 weeks turn around on all orders, to allow me time to discuss your requirements and source your materials, and to schedule you amongst my current orders. Faster turnarounds will be considered depending on my work load, what you require and current stock levels. All ready made bouquets will be shipped within 3 working days of payment received.

Will you keep me updated with my order?

Yes, it is important to me that you are kept fully updated with the design and status of your order. I work with mood boards and have close e.mail contact throughout the making of your order, to keep you involved and informed, sending you pics with options for your approval. I will send a further photo for your sign off when the bouquet is finished.

How can I pay?

You can pay me directly with a bank transfer or via PayPal (which would incur an additional 5% charge to cover PayPal fees)

Can you work to a specific budget?

I am often asked by brides if I can work to a specific budget. The answer is yes, within reason, because I love to share the button love and be involved with making your day special. If you give me an idea of your budget and general requirements, I can tailor a design for you (if your budget is limited, I can work out a design that is less detailed, slightly smaller etc. and you may wish to include your own buttons to decrease your cost further) Please Inbox me to discuss.

Do you issue Returns?

If your wedding is cancelled I cannot issue a return, owing to the bespoke nature of the designs. By placing an order, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

Can you make Co-ordinating Button Accessories?

I can make various co-ordinating accessories , from bridesmaid and flower girl posies, pomanders and buttonholes/ corsages and table wear.  I also have many superb suppliers close at hand should you require other matching items.

Do you have a brochure?

Yes you can view or download our brochure by clicking here Bride as a Button Brochure

Disclaimers:

Obviously do not throw your bouquet, they can be fairly heavy as they are fully wired and may contain antique brooches. So you do not want any casualties to the bouquet or your guests on the big day! Similarly the bouquets and buttonholes are not toys, so any young flower girl / bridesmaids or page boys, should be supervised with them at all times. The stems are fully wrapped up, with tape, card and ribbon, but if unwrapped by inquisitive fingers, they may expose sharp wires, and beads could become loose, which would cause a chocking hazzard.
